UCAPS members are urged to vote for all propositions and candidates that are of particular importance to our goals and objectives as defenders of parity with public sector unions and opportunity in the private sector. We use a simple matrix where the appropriatness of a candidate's experience, prior record, messaging, principles and ideology is combined with an electability quotient to determine the UCAPS vote recommendation.
