There are three programs in planning and development. 

1. A Health Insurance Program that will provide portability from job to job and also, just as the Public Service Unions have secured independance and insulation from the negative affects of Federal and State health care legislation , give us a voice against the coming onslaught of changes that threaten the choices, cost and quality of health care for the rest of us. 

2. A Private Sector Job Exchange to assist businesses in finding good workers who respect the role of the free market, free choice and personal repsonsibility in the work place.

3. A Private Sector Pension Plan to assist private sector workers in achieveing pensions in line with their public service counterparts and to develop enough political presence  to gain a seat at the public funding table in parity with the Public Service Unions and other Private sector unions being considered for rescue.
