Thank you for joining!   UCAPS is a relatively new organization and a new concept. As we build our programs, we ask that you try to be as active as possible in the political advocacy needed to rescue the California Private Sector from the clutches of State politicans and the public sector unions that control them.  UCAPS membership is free of charge for 2010 but we welcome and encourage contributions that will help us pursue and accomplish our objectives for 2010 and beyond.
